ASC Institute

Driving Change

Doing Business with ASCi

How do we partner with your agency?

Contact Our Customer Service Manager (CSM): Reach out to the ASC Institute’s FFRDC Customer Service Manager to discuss your requirements. The CSM will guide you through the initial steps and ensure your needs align with our core competencies.

How do I handle client invitations?

When a client expresses interest in leveraging ASC Institute’s services, the first point of contact should be the VA’s FFRDC Customer Service Manager (CSM). This ensures that the client’s requirements are correctly entered into the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA).

Can I modify the proposed timeline?

Yes, the proposed timeline can be modified. However, any changes to the timeline should be discussed and agreed upon during the Acquisition Integrated Process Team (AIPT) meeting. As a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), ASC Institute, Inc. adheres to a structured process to ensure that the requirements and timelines align with the strategic objectives of our federal sponsors.

What is the Scope of ASCi’s work?

As an FFRDC, ASC Institute, Inc. can provide research, systems engineering, and analytical work within the mission and purpose of its sponsorship and contracted scope. However, FFRDCs are prohibited from competing with commercial contractors on a competitive solicitation and cannot develop or produce a system.
